Delivery

Delivery is guaranteed to be prior to 12pm on the day following dispatch (excluding weekends). We use couriers which offer excellent levels of service, but unfortunately there are circumstances whereby charges may arise.
You will incur charges in following cases:
A change of address after dispatch
Failure to be present when delivery is attempted, and subsequently items are not collected from local courier depot
When in stock, items ordered prior to 2pm are usually dispatched within 24 hours, they are dispatched direct to the delivery address, and items will not be left unless a signature is provided by an occupant of the address. The courier will attempt delivery and leave a calling card if nobody is present. This card will contain contact details for the nearest depot.
After this you have 5 days in which to collect the parcel from your local depot, otherwise the goods will be returned to sender, and a penalty charge (£20) applied which sadly you will have to pay before we can resend the goods. This charge is not made by us, and therefore is out of our control.
Please note that if you request to change the delivery address after the order is dispatched, a charge of £13.50 will apply. Therefore, please ensure that we have the best week day address for you.
Please note that in the case of a request for refund following failure to be present when delivery is attempted, and you do not collect your parcel, the same deduction of £20 will also be made prior to the refund.
Items under 1750g in weight will be sent by first class Royal Mail.
Orders over a certain value will require a signature on delivery to the requested address.
AGPS Trading Co, will not be held responsible for any delay in delivery on items sent by Royal Mail. We will however be happy to provide proof of postage in order for customers to make further enquiries with Royal Mail. Please note that Royal Mail will not compensate more than the value of £32 per order, and will not class an item as lost until 14 days after the item has been posted. If you would prefer that the item be sent by guaranteed next day delivery, please contact us for further information.
If an item doesn’t arrive within fourteen days, we will commence a claim with Royal Mail for the lost item. Royal Mail will then make contact with the buyer to request confirmation that the item hasn’t arrived. We ask that customers co-operate fully with Royal Mail, and once Royal Mail have reimbursed, we will resend your item. Within the claim time period, AGPS Trading Co will not refund or resend any item until the claim is complete.
