Return Policy |
Subject to your right to cancel the contract within 7 working days, we will only accept the return of items if they are faulty or have been sent to you in error. If you are returning an item because it is faulty or because of an error on our part we will be happy, where applicable, to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and provide you with a freepost address for return of the goods.
To return a faulty item please e-mail customerservices@muscleboost.co.uk for return authorisation and our FREEPOST address.
There is'Cooling Off' period, when you can cancel your order, it is seven working days after the day on which the goods are received. Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us with the delivery slip so that we receive it within seven working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. If you decide to return the goods within these time limits, you are entitled to expect your money to be refunded within 30 days.
For your protection we recommend you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty or a substitution has been made. As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of the order we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.

These details are simply to enable us to process and monitor your order and to enhance your shopping experience. AGPS Trading Co are committed to protecting your privacy at all times.
All transactions take place on our secure server so no-one other than you can see your details. Your details will be used for internal AGPS Trading Co use only - we do not pass on your details to third parties.
Your full name and billing address (as stated on your credit card) and full credit card details are necessary to process your payment for the order. If your delivery address is different to your billing address we will need that to deliver your items. We also ask for your telephone number in case we need to contact you with reference to your order. In some instances it may be necessary for us to provide the courier with your number if delivery is proving difficult. Finally, we ask for your e-mail address in order to send through a confirmation of your order.
